Return, Exchange and Refund policy
NOTE: Before you decide to do any exchange or returns, we advise that you read this entire page
You can return the following items:
All sized items, which includes clothing, footwear, and belts unless the item is marked Final Sale or otherwise noted as non-returnable on the product page.
The following items are non-returnable:
All non-sized items, including handbags, ties, furniture, toys, and more as well as custom orders are not eligible for return past 10 days after shipping date. Exceptions may apply so please check the individual product page carefully.
Items purchased with a discount from original pricing are not eligible for returns, exchange or refunds.
If you decide to return a product within a 10 days period after shipping date (postage date), there is a 15% restocking fee based on the product MSRP which will be deducted to your refund. For a valid return please ship us the product and its original packaging in the same state it was sent to you. The product shall be shipped with the same level of protection as it was originally shipped to you and must have a tracking number.
We will notify you at reception of the product and issue you the adjusted refund.
In order to receive your return label, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email it to you.

Love your purchase but need it in a different size? We're happy to exchange it if we still have the item in stock. To start an exchange, please contact email us at:

Once we have a response we will inform you accordingly and if positive we will ship you your new item right away–but we'll have to charge you for the purchase (we'll waive the return shipping of the original item). Upon receipt of the original item we'll also credit you for the cost of that item. This is the most efficient way to ensure that you get your new item–and that you receive it as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returnable items that are priced at $199.99 and under are eligible for a refund in the form of Charles Darius' Credits. For returnable items that are priced at $200 and above, we are offering two options for our members:
1. Receive Charles Darius' Credit with no additional return charges.
2. Receive a refund back to the original form of payment minus 15% of shipping & administrative fee.
The CHARLES DARIUS™ Credits may be used on CharlesDarius.com.
If you request a refund to the original form of payment and had used the CHARLES DARIUS™ Credits to purchase the item in question, the original CHARLES DARIUS™ Credits will be reinstated to your store credit account on the site. Once you have selected to receive your return in CHARLES DARIUS™ Credits, you cannot transfer the amount onto any form of original payment for cash back.
If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, the refund will transfer over to your new card if it is with the same bank. If this is not possible, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card. If any promotional discount was applied to the total at the time of purchase, you will be refunded the actual amount paid at the time of purchase for that item. If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact Customer Support and you will receive your refund in CHARLES DARIUS™ Credits.
Return or Exchange Eligibility Window:
Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the item shipped date or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, shoeboxes, dust bags and gift boxes.
